You must be 18 years old or older to be associated with Zerbrightyns. However, if you are under the age of 18 years old and would like to sign-up through Zerbrightyns to receive tutoring or become a freelance tutor then you will need to get an adult (someone who is eighteen years old or older) to sign-up on your behalf, Or you can sign-up and provide the name and telephone number of an adult (someone who is eighteen years old or older). You maybe ask to provide the adult’s e-mail address, if he/she has one.

Requirements And Registration.
If you choose to register for our services, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, and current information as prompted by our service registration form and sign-up form. Registration/sign-up data and other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18 years old, you may use our service only with the approval of your parent or guardian or provide the name and telephone number of an adult (someone who is eighteen years old or older). You maybe ask to provide the adult’s e-mail address, if he/she has one.

Employees and Associates
We do not employ or knowingly associate with persons whom we have found to have a criminal record that places users of this website in danger and lead to mis-use of this website and it’s services. Having a safe online environment for all users of the website is top priority. We have access to and monitor at random all activities on this website.   

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach the Terms and conditions of use of Zerbrightyns. Upon termination your rights to use our services will immediately cease.

We may change or modify portions of these Terms at any time if we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these Terms were last revised. Any such changes will become effective immediately. Your continued use of our services, after the date any such changes become effective, constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy For Students or Clients or Parent/Guardian

We hope you will be please with our services.
Payments are made via our website for freelance tutors associated with our services. Should you wish to have a refund, our policy is as stated below.

Fees for “classes” or sessions are non-refundable once the student/client starts “classes”/sessions. If a student/ client is unhappy with their “classes”/ sessions the student/ client can make queries via email to support@zerbrightyns.com or submit a support ticket form while logged into their account.

We respond to queries or support tickets within 2 business day.

A 50% refund of the cost paid is considered under the circumstances that the student fell ill or is injured within 2 weeks of starting “classes”/sessions, in which case, prove of illness or injury will be required for a 50% refund to be issued at our discretion.

At Zerbrightyns we have zero tolerance for bullying and discrimination. If a student is rude or disrespectful to other students or their Tutors, we reserve the right to cancel the student’s “classes” without giving a refund , which means you will not get a refund. 

Once you have started attending a “class” or session you will not receive a refund. If a client is unhappy with a session or “class”, a report can be made via email to support@zerbrightyns.com , it is at our discretion if the client is assigned another freelance tutor or balance forward to another “class”.
If you are late or absent for a “session” or “class” you will not receive a refund for the “class” or “session” you missed. However, if you notify your Zerbrightyns Assistant at least one hour before your “class” begins, that you will be absent, your Zerbrightyns Assistant will send you an email with the “class’s” notes from the Freelance Tutor along with any assignments that was given, if you abuse this type of assistance then your privileges to this type of assistance will be restricted.

Please note that if we believe that you are abusing our refund policy, in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of Zerbrightyns services.

“You” refers to students or clients or parent/guardian.

“Your” refers to students or clients or parent/guardian.

“Their” refers to students or clients or parent/guardian.

“We” refers to Zerbrightyns Organization/ Team.

“Our” refers to Zerbrightyns Organization/ Team.
